Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as production and processing begin immediately. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us within 8 hours after purchased. In certain cases, we may offer store credit for future purchases.
My order has already been shipped. Can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Are taxes included for international orders?
For orders shipped outside of Malaysia, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping fee. The final amount payable may vary depending on your country's customs regulations and will be determined by your local authorities upon arrival.
Are custom pieces refundable?
All custom pieces require full payment confirmation before production begins. Once payment is made and the design or production process has started, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as each piece is created specifically for you.
Are import duties and taxes shown at checkout final?
No. Any import duties or taxes displayed at checkout are estimates only and may not reflect the final amount payable. Final duties, taxes, and fees are assessed by your local customs authority when the shipment arrives and may differ from what is shown at checkout.
