Return & Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs fees and import duties. Some smaller items may not be available for international shipping, but if you’d like a custom shipping quote, please email us. If an automatic international shipping option appears at checkout, please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times provided by the carrier. As a small studio, we carefully pack and ship each order by hand, and transit times may vary.
Shipping Timeframes
Ready-to-Ship Rugs & Items → Shipped within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.
Custom Meditative Rugs → Made-to-order, requiring 8-12 weeks for production before shipping. For inquiries or custom requests, please contact us before placing your order.
If your order includes both ready-stock and custom rugs, they will be shipped separately as soon as each item is ready.
No Refunds & Exchanges
Each Rinko Rugs piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and energy, making it truly one-of-a-kind. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
